Problems Printing Landscape in eDen Database

Newbies

I am using FileMaker Pro 5.5 w/ eDen for fashion specs etc. and am having print problems which aren't there for the PC users in the office. All of the pages are supposed to print in landscape, but they all get cut off as portrait and I cannot access the page setup option (greyed out). I understand that there are ways to modify / make scripts to change print settings, but I don't have access to the files (on remote DB) and it doesn't look like I have the scriptmaker either and have no idea how to use it either. My best idea, which wasn't a good idea even, was to make a new file and have that page setup for landscape but it didn't help. If anyone could help me out (even if it's just saying that it's a problem I have to bring up with the eDen developers) it would be appreciated. Thanks.
