The problem is this when I view a group of records in table view.

I can only print the selected record when using my mac OS10.3.9.

On a pc using windows xp I have a choice to print the selected record or all the records being browsed, that is what I need to do. Can anybody help

Did you look under the drop-down that says (by default) "Copies & Pages" in the OS X Print dialog? That is where they've hidden the FileMaker options of "Records being browsed" or "Current record".
