assembling related databases

After assembling related databases to one database, fields which should have the same contents as the previous records remain empty. This make it not possible to make searches. frown.gif

How can I avoid empty fields?

Because I want to put the database on an internet server; one database is cheaper and easier to manage than 5 related databases
