Upgrade for runtime solution

i have created a runtime solution and is trying to prepare for the upgrade. However, when I follow the instructions that in the Development Guide, it says

1. Convert File ()

2. Import Records (

3. Close File(

I tried it out and realised that point 2 seems should have been instead. Am I wrong?

Also, I could not figure out how to change to another table in the source file before importing the record (My file has about 10 tables) it seems to be always pointing to the table that is available when the file is first open up. Does anyone know how to do the importing correctly? Thanks.
