I am trying to duplicate a record but leave certain fields blank and leave certain fields with the original information provided? HELP

You could script it to set only the fields you need duped in a new record...or...You could script it to make a duplicate record and then set the fields you want blank to ""[Null]. Depends on how many fields you want blank vs. how many you want filled.
