I have organized clients by the month in text fields (each client may exist for 1-4 months.) In search mode I want to enter a single month and get records that have this search month in any of the four possible (month) fields for a client.

I cannot seem to make any calculation work so far and i am in desparate need of help.

How do you enter data in the text fields? Can you give an example.

there are 4 different fields (month 1-4 --within those months there are differnt prices and issues which is why these 4 are required.)

And so in find mode (in a couple of layouts) i need to identify a single month of activity. However, month 1 may be month 3 for another record--and so i cannot simply search on month 3.

How can create a field that finds records where four different fields agree with the entered text.

Month 1-4, Does it means month1, month2, month3 and month4? Please explain me with an example that in find mode what you want to search and what should be the result.
