Deleted Web Admin Console, do I need to reinstall?

I was trying to do some admin stuff on our FileMaker Server Advanced, and I wanted to access the Web Publishing Admin Console but I couldn't remember the password so I went into the FileMaker Server Admin application and thought it would be easy to delete the Web Publishing Engine and just create a new one. No luck, I can't add a new one that works.

Do I need to reinstall the server?

I went ahead and reinstalled the Server software and now things are working again.
