See image and you will see what I am trying to do. If you click to specify the field in the message body it only lets you select one field. If you then try to select another it clears out the field. So essentially I want it to output like 5 or so fields in message body similiar to the image below. What do i have to do? Thanx.

Create a calculation field that joins your various fields together into one field for export to the mail program:
