Pluging to grab MP3 ID3 Tags

Anyone have a clue if there's a plugin that can grab the mp3 id tags? I've created an Applescript that can grab directly from iTunes but on the Windows side that's impossible.

I've tried Troi Text and File and I was almost there but it doesn't provide what I need.

Thought would be appreciated.
