:help: I have upgraded from FMP 7 to FMP 8 Advanced and can open my files by double clicking on them if I launch FMP 8 Advanced first. However, if I don't launch the program first I get the following message:

The operation could not be completed

An unexpected error occured (error code - 10660)

Has anybody got any ideas please?

I don't know if this will help but reading some other forums suggest that the 10660 error problem relates to the trial version of Office installed on some Macs and then being trashed. I know this sounds wierd but they suggest emptying the trash and then trying to open the file.
