Print Problems

I have a product that has been on the market for over one year - now I have one customer who, when she prints from reports, gets a strange symbols for all type that is in Times --- she says she has Times on her computer. Ariel comes out fine --- she is on a Windows Based Computer. Any ideas??

Is it possible that the Times font on her computer is corrupted? That's the only explanation I can think of.
