7.0v3 Web Engine Upgrade - asian dialogs

Good day all

We recently had to reinstall FMSA 7 from scratch on a XServe G5 running OS X 10.3.9 to get the recent 7.0v4 version of FMS to run properly.

We went through installing the two original CD (FMS 7 & FMSA) then proceeded with upgrades of FMS 7 up to v4.

The 7.v03 version updater of FMSA was then downloaded from FM's site. When we attempt to run it, the dialog boxes appear in an asian language. At one point, a message error appears (I think...can't read corean or japanese or chinese ...) and all we can do is quit and wonder.

Any suggestions to what is going on ?
