Hi....I'm a new guy. First post.

Where do I start?

Looking to create or acquire a scheduling solution for plumbing technicians. Needs to be FM 8 compatible. Would like to show a large group of techincians for each day at the same time. Then click to specific technician to fill in more details. Kind of a revolving type calendar, clickable to each day's schedule of technicians and jobs. I had something working on FM 6, but its worthless now after "conversion".

Any help, suggestion or start point would be greatly appreciated.
