Tiger breaks Brother Fax Software

I have found that when I upgraded my systems to Tiger it has broken my ability to use Brother's Fax software in 2 of my Multi Brother units(8840DN and 4750E). Tiger will allow you to fax a text edit program but for some reason it will not allow you to fax a FM document using Brother's software. I have updated my Cups1.1 Driver from Brother. My only workaround has been to save to a PDF then fax through Brother. Sucks! Anyone got a fix. Brother wanted to play the finger game but they know of the problem.
