Previously with FM5 my script would be

Freeze window

Go to layout PrintThis

Page set up (without dialog)

Print (with dialog to define which tray to use...)

Go to original layout

and the user would not see the layout change but with FM7 the dialog for print step stops at the layout for printing making it visible to the user. How can I make the printing step seamless in FM7 but still keep the dialog for the user?

Perhaps you want to reorder your script? Something like this maybe?

print setup (choose tray)

freeze

switch layout

print

original layout
