Hello, I am a complete beginner and am trying to print a list for the first time. I have created a list and can view it within the entire data base. Problem is, I cant view this list exclusively in order to print it. I have tried to print this list only, however FM wants to print the entire list. Also, I cant print my list one by one because it is 600 entries! Can anyone please help? Thanks, A

FileMaker will either print the records being browsed (the found set), the current record, or a blank record. Try limiting the found set by performing a find first, then in the print dialog, under the options for FileMaker Pro, set it to print the "records being browsed".

BTW: On your profile, you should probably correct either your OS or your FMP version, as FM8 does not run on OS9. Remember, this info is helpful because of slight differences with various OS's and big differences between the versions.
