IMPORT RECORDS command fails to import to correct file

I have created a runtime in Filemaker Pro 8 and added a script to a table.

The runtime sets up "*.usr" files and was built from a ".fp7" files list.

The IMPORT RECORDS command imports records into the ".fp7" files that were

used to create the runtime rather than importing to the new ".usr" files.

Can anyone suggest what went wrong.

Zip the original files and all other copies witht he same name, check the file references, and try again.
