I have a Filemaker solution that was created in FM6. When we used the FM6 version, we could print on W2 Forms. Now that we have converted it to FM7, it doesn't work.

I'm using a 8.5 by 11.0 sheet of paper that is perforated in the center with all the W2 boxes preprinted. I can get the first W2 to print right, but the second one is off by .25 inches and no matter what I adjust (Page Margins, Body Size) the darn thing won't work. Can anyone help me?

It's hard to say without seeing it.

Perhaps you can make a new file and paste the layout into it, then zip and post it, so we have something to test.
