jcc31 Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 (edited) I have a data file. My primary field is the job number field. I want to find all duplicates that have the same job number. Is this the correct way? Find Mode in the job number field I put "!" press enter This should find all duplicates in that field. Yes or No or is there another way? Thanks Edited December 15, 2005 by Guest
Ender Posted December 21, 2005 Posted December 21, 2005 Yes, finding for ! will find records that have the same value for that field. Removing/omiting duplicates, however requires a few more steps. You can find numerous past threads on this subject by searching the forums.
