I want to lookup information from previous records for new records in the same table based on conditions where multiple fields all match.

Can anyone help me the basics for this relationship? I'm getting nowhere, but frustrated.

Unfortunately, I can't find the help I need in Search feature.

Make a second occurrence of yout table in the relationship graph and construct a relationship between it and your original table using the fields that you want to match.

You can then use this relationship as a lookup. It will copy the information from the first related record via the relationship.
