Verify Invoice

Hello All,

Ok here is the situation. I have an invoicing system that works great. But I need a validation system for our fulfillment department. This would consist of orders being sent to our warehouse and orders being scanned into the system for validation purposes. On one side of their screen I would like what should be on the invoice and on the other they would scan each item and after all of the items are scanned it would be validated and allow them to proceed to the next invoice.

I have gotten as far as creating the portal on the left side of what should be on the invoice, but on the right side I am clueless as where to start. I have a barcode scanner and this will be used to verify the items based on what is on the left side.

I would like it to be as one item is scanned it is totaled on the right side against what is on the left and then after that item has calculated correctly it would show that it is complete and verified.

The items would be scanned in a random order so I would need the total to be some sort of running total.

If some one could point me in the right direction some how I would greatly appreciate it.
