Why can't I e mail my filemaker invoice?

Featured Replies

I have a 5 page invoice. I select to make it a pdf (in the print dialogue box) I'm on MAC OS 10.4.4 BTW.

I see 5 pages generated, but when I click on the PDF from the desktop only one page is there. I've been beating my head against a wall on this one. any help appreciated. thanks.

I don't know. I e-mail tons of reports (some as many as 30 pages) with stellar results. I'm working with 7 so I have to first convert with Primo or Cutie. How does your invoice print, preview? I do know this, my PDF will not work on Citrix. Seems I need a network version for that.

Are you one Mac?

Never heard of Primo or Cutie or Citrix.

Windows XP Pro. Primo and Cutie are freeware pdf programs. Citrix is a terminal services program for remote users.

Last time I had this problem (which I have never had in my life!) it turned out that I had not changed my Print Setup from 'print pages 1 to 1'.

Just a thought.

Glad I'm not the only one to not have had that problem. I never had the problem of print script instead of record(s).

Ok, I found a workaround. Only thing, now, is that all pages come up to say Invoice 1. How do I change each individual filemaker page to reflect it's true page number? thanks.
