Hi Ivan, Global field contents are saved to disc when a file that is either single-user or is presently opened on the *host* computer (ie in a peer to peer networking situation) is closed. However when a file is opened as a guest/client, global field values are lost when the client session concludes. Could that be what is occurring in your case? IEW Posted January 31, 2006 Author Share Posted January 31, 2006 Yes, its a hosted file. I guess I did'nt realize that the global is only session specific.
