Copying records from several files into one

How can I copy information from records in several join files into a main join file? Each join file has a Reference Number field and a Part Number field, along with a Quantity field. Each quantity will affect inventory. In order to get a total inventory count that's dynamic, I need the records in the main file to be automatically created with any changes in the portals of the master files. Is there a way I can set this up? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
