February 8, 200620 yr Newbies Hello, my first post. I have a layout that has 5 fields (columns) with 20 repeats (rows) of each field. I formatted them in to a spreadsheet style of format with calculations, etc. Rarely does the user input in to all 20 rows. (they are recording chronological bank transactions) How can I print this page, but have only the fields that have data in them print, and only these fields have BORDERS around the fields. Presently I have a graphic of the exact size and dimensions of the 5x20 grid on the layout, so it prints all 20 rows. Kind of silly really. I need to learn how to print only 4 rows or 2 rows, or however many rows the user has input to. Remember the fields are just repeating fields that have been ruled to show all repeats in the layout. I am pretty sure if I made each field its own field (100 fields) then I might know how to create the desired effect. But, I thought that fields with repeats was a better way to quickly yield the calculations I am performing.
