Value list updating records

I newby find it difficult to get a value list to work the way I want it to.

I've attached a sample file. What I need is the value list to update the address when I select the company name from the value list.

I'm sure it's the relationships, but I need someone who understands this much better than I

I have added two sample files:

ValueList(CoName) shows the list using Company Name. Note the relationship Company-->CompanyName, then the ID_Company looking up the ID. Also notice I added a second company named "Whizz PC Repairs" in AMD City. This company will not show up on the value list on orders because a Value list only shows 1 of each value.

ValueList(ID_Co) shows the list using the ID of the company. Since each company location will have a unique ID all companies will be listed on the orders Company Value List.
