I just posted a similar request.. this is part 2.

We work in an office building that offers administrative assistant sharing. At any time, my boss would like to see an inventory of the administrative support staff, and would like to know the administrative support staffing schedule going forward into the future.

Have any of you seen any sort of solution that does something like this ?
