I'm not sure this is the right area to post but here goes- I have a large database (1200) of Doctors which are attending our conference. Every year, they have just wiped the database and start all over again as the people register. Can I create a new database to suck the names & information out of my main database, like a pop-up list of names and get it to fill in the fields? I have no clue how to even start. Please respond to the email address with any clues.
