I am new to filemeker and big database programs. In need of much help and babying

I need to do the following.

From a laptop a plasma display will show the daily range of courses at a training centre. It also needs to display a range of photos of training activities that change over automatically. I have manged to get the daily course info in a portal from a data table and have made another portal for the photos BUT..... The photo portal will only show the first photo from the photo table file as there is no script or way of changing the photos over. How do I write a script to do what I need? Also the plasma should only show the designed up databse window with no menus etc etc - how do I achieve that?. The person who has to update the corse data table will have to force the plasma view to update as well? Although I am designing this up on a mac it will probably be run from a windows XP station. Please help an incompetant

Is there any way you can attach your files with four to five records which would help me to fix the solution as you want?
