2 different finds on the same layout?

Boy this sure sounds really easy. On the same layout, I two completely different searches.

Meaning..At the top of the page I want be able to search all contacts by county. Then..instead of using the search above they can do another search of volunteers by county.

More or less two different types of searches on the same page.

Any suggestions?
