Value List Based On Value List

I want to make one field change its value list based on the selection of the value list field above. IE:

If Category "A" is chosen from field 1 then field 2's value list will be sub-category "A". If "B" is chosen field 2 will display the sub-category "B" value list... etc.

How can i accomplish this???
