Summary of sub-summary

Have a report where I have a field that calculates two values from two summary fields on a sub-summary line. I would like to sum that field on other sub-summary parts but I get it to work. When I experiment with this I either I get "?" or "0" or some huge total. Any suggestions.

The field that calculates the two summary fields

If ( Total_Ceiling > Two_percent_Ceiling ; Total_Ceiling - Two_percent_Ceiling ; 0 )
