i keep hearing about this option.. "use only related values" it sounds like it will do exactly what i need it to do.. but for the life of me i can't find it.. is it not in Filmaker 4.0???

ok.. i found my answer in another post, so nevermind. i also created a workaround, that seems to work so far..
