I would like to generate a value list using different fields (i.e. I have a field for Father, Mother and Guardian). How can I have all three fields available for a value list?

If each of the fields has data in it, you can create a fourth field that is a calculation of each of the other three:

e.g. father & mother & guardian. (You can also use a line break character - found in the calculation operators box - to put each field on a new line)

You can then use the fourth field as the value list.
