I do not wish to perform a script for each portal row entry to assign a the (Year)to a global fieled. NO PLUG-INS to auto perform a script upon exiting the field...

I guess at 1:30PM EST you can serve brainfries as well as anything else.

The solution is simple. The conditional value list for the field in a portal can be from within the list of value list lists within the same file
