Adding dynamic label & repeating part

I have built a invoice report that list line items by category. The category is in a sub-summary part while the line items are in a "body" part. When the line items are broken up to the next page, I would like for the category label to repeat on the next page with an additional label "...continued".

Example of Report Layout:

Category A

-------------

Item one

Item two

item three

[color:red]Category A (...continued)

-------------

Item four

Item Five

Category B

-------------

Item one

Item two

How can I get the Category part to repeat on the next page and add a "continued" label??
