My desired end result is to email one record having formatted HTML embeded in the body of the email.

In DreamWeaver, I created my HTML template and where field data would go I added <> tags. In my database I have a global field that contains the HTML code I copied from DreamWeaver. I have a calculation field which uses Sustitute to convert the <> tags to the record fields. In the Send Mail step I specify in the message body the global that contains the formatted HTML. Instead of formatted HTML in the email I get the same HTML code from DreamWeaver. What did I do wrong?? Any help is much appreciated
