I have a series of dbs running where I work.

They are now to be put out to the big bad world as well.

How do I hide specific buttons?

How I know: create new layouts without the buttons. It's easy in concept, but a pain when there are lots of screens. Then navigation scripts would make extensive use of the Get(ApplicationVersion) step to trigger the web layouts.

Or maybe you could use the separation model, with a separate Web front end file.

Or, you could build a user login system to manage UI issues (different logins have different access).

Had already decided to go with duplicate layouts as there aren't too many to be changed.
