PDS question: How get all my files on desktop?

I have a filemaker file with 5 pages in it. When I go to make a PDF, I have the alias to my e mail program. I choose that, and I see the 5 pages in attachment form ready to e mail out.

But for some reason, if I choose to save to desktop, save as pdf only 1 page end up on desktop. Any ideas on my the other 4 pages are not saving to desktop? thanks!

Filemaker 7 or 8?

I'm going to assume 8. Double check your settings i.e. current record or records currently being browsed. You may have set them up differently if they are scripts or they may revert to defaults who knows..

but don't understand what keywords being browsed means.

How are you making a pdf in 7? PDF 995 driver or actual adobe software?
