After several years operating as a freelance developer, I have taken on a full-time position.

One of my clients still requires ongoing development work. I have agreed to help them source a replacement developer.

This is not a full-time position - only occasional, ad hoc work paid at an hourly rate (to be negotiated directly with the client).
