Drill down printing for raffle tickets

I am trying to create 500 raffle tickets that print 8 to a page under eachother (drill down) rather than side by side.

I have set up two labels that span eight on each page, which contain a Ticket Number and Stub Number. I have created a calculated field NumberSet(range of tickets 1-65)= 1 for Ticket #1-65 and Numberset=2 for Ticket #66-131. I have it sorting 1-500, but I dont know how to sort the ticket number and NumberSet to mock the model above. Any help would be great. Thanks.
