Pop-up menu disappearing in Windows

I have a pop-up menu that disappears after selection on Windows but not Mac machines running on Server 8. The menu is visible until the user selects a menu choice. Upon releasing the button, the choice and the borders of the menu just disappear from view. Wondering if anyone knows the answer to this problem.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
