So I got Portal Of salary to each employee

This portal get a new line each payroll day

I like to create a Table that will show each employee payroll information, But I like to have the option that i can change the date and get the payroll for that specific date to all of the employees on the table.

The date in the portal is a drop down menue that each payroll got a specific date.

Im not so sure how can I put it in my Data base.

I need simple function that not predict so meny days... I need the calculation to be for 2 weeks only from the day I will write.... can you help me with that...
