Hi to everybody and excuse my for my not-so-good english :

I've a database (without portal) that must import records from an excel file every month.. (but this isn't the problem..it's just for explaining : )

I've just one table, and I must obtain that after a search in a drop-down menu (with 9000+ text records), in the second one I have just the records linked to the first ones... :titanic:

If I can and if somebody's interested I can also attach the file, so maybe you can help me in the best way you can... :woohoo:

Meanwhile, I wait for your answers...

really thanks to everybody!! :thankyou:

I guess here that you wish to search for the same thing in every field in every record ...a sort of global search??

I do it the script listed above, with stacking requests and shifting the value from field to field until i'm back again in the first field of the firs request. One requirement though is that every field needs to be present on the layout as well as being in a tab-order!
