Search and Replace Vertical Tab Character

Under FM6, I was able to perform a calculation to find Vertical Tab Characters (it would paste in a character that looked like a little box with an x in it) in a field, and change them to Paragraph characters. I needed to do this to eliminate extra Paragraphs, from text that comes in via ODBC and MySQL.

Under FM8 (I've upgraded), I cannot paste in the Vertical Tab Character anymore. My calculation has been updated under 8 to seemingly be just a regular Paragraph.

Anyone know if there's a way to do this?
