We've had some problems with a possible security breach.

We have a couple of databases running through Filemaker Server 5 (all users use FM 5) and when you want to connect to one of them, you have to enter your password into the password field (standard pop up window).

But yesterday when we were updating the database, all except one of the users showed up during the "I-have-to-shut-you-down-'cause-I-want-sole-command-over-database" process. And after we added the fields we wanted, the one user who didn't show up in the list lost all the records she had entered...

Any idea why this happened? And is this possible at all??? This could be a real security issue.
