I have a FMP database that I have created, I also have an Access file that I have to keep track of EMS CAD calls. The FMP database is the main backup for this access file. I setup and ODBC connection to the access file from FMP, and was able to import the data, but I need to set it up to that when I import data, it only gets the new data and not the same older data over and over again. This is leading to duplicating in the FMP database.

You might be able to use goto...

show all records/ omite multiple records/ show omited records/ delete found records

make doubly sure you are only deleting the records you have duplicates of though and if you have a uniqe identifire this might not work
