HP 2430 on XP and MAC

I use layouts which don't fit on letter format. Before we had only Mac OS X users, now we have also Windows XP users. We use different printers (all of them are HP).

I wrote script to print and scale to 70% and printout is perfect always on mac, doesn’t matter which printer is used. When I print from XP, printout is different depends on the printer (and it’s driver).

When I print to HP 2430, printout is scaled, but only a part of layout is printed, the rest is like cut. To observe what happened, I opened layout view with Page Margin option enabled (shows me printing area). I see that layout fields are placed outside of grey printing area.

When I print to HP 1220 or make PDF thru XP, it prints perfectly, and print area on layout view is adjusted to fit my layout. When I do this on HP 2430, print area is never adjusted to fit to layout fields.

At first I created special layout for printing (it’s very time consuming), but before I will do the same with other layouts, does anybody has similar experience or any suggestions?
