I'm trying to make address labels. When I preview them, there are a few little changes that should be made on selected labels. Can I go into separate labels and edit them?

I'm pulling my hair out here! Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks!

Edting cannot be done in Preview mode. You'll need to remember the name on the address, change into brose mode and scroll to the record to edit it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm still having trouble. I switched to Browse mode, and still cannot edit individual records. The text is not selectable and I don't have the toolbox that is sometimes on the Left side of the screen with the "Big A". I played around a bit with acct priveleges, but it looks like I already have full access. Any ideas?

HI

It is possible that I can't explain myself as I wish !

But, when in Layout Mode, choose:

1) New Layout/Report

2) Select a layout type: Labels --> Next

3) Now you can choose standard labels or custom labels (choose custom)

4) Now you can set the amount of labels across the page, their width and height --> Next

5) Now you can choose the field to insert into the labels

6) the last one can send you directly in browse or layout mode ( choose layout )

Now edit only one label putting your field where you wish and go to Preview mode.

You can also change the way the labels will be printed going, when in layout mode, into layout setup --> Printing
