Is there anyway to limit file references to a Filemaker account ?

I have account A and account B. For account A, I would like Filemaker to see all the file references, and for account B, I would like Filemaker to see only a couple.

No. File References are necessary to allow scripts, relationships, and value lists to access other files.

If you wish to limit access to scripts, have your scripts branch according to the current account or privilege set. If you wish to limit access to relationships, add filtering criteria to the relationship, where the current account or privilege set is on the current file's side of the relationship. If you wish to limit access to value lists, use conditional value lists with a relationship that's filtered by the current account or privilege set.
